| Abstract: | Under the different legal background,the range of adjustment of the easement system is different.This paper deals with firstly the value of the easement system from three levels,and based on which,examines two models of legislation concerning easement in the Romano-Germanic family,analysizes corresponding provisons in the draft of Civil Code,and finally puts forward a suggested correction of them. |
