| 摘 要： | 高校知识产权作为高校重要资产越来越受到关注,与此同时,对高校知识产权的侵权行为也随之增多。针对高校知识产权的内容、特征及对其侵权的特点,提高知识产权保护意识,建立科学有效的知识产权管理体系,健全法律保护制度,可以有效地遏制高校知识产权侵权行为的发生。

| Abstract: | The intellectual property of college,as important asset in college,is paid mort attention.Meanwhile the infringement on it is increasing.As to the content,feature of intellectual property and the feature of infringement,the paper advises to improve protective sense to intellectual property,build scientific and effective management system to intellectual property and improve protective law system in order to hold back the appearance of infringement in college effectively. |
