政策支农：推动城乡协调发展的有效途径——吕梁市中阳县统筹城乡发展的调查报告

Solving problems facing agriculture,rural areas and farmers has become a top priority in building a well-off society in an all-round way.By adopting a series of aid-agriculture policies,the Zhongyang County Committee of C.P.C.and Zhongyang County Government have promoted the all-round progress of rural areas and got some beneficial inspirations: to promote co-ordinated development of urban and rural areas,the Party committees and governments at all levels should adopt aid-agriculture policies,enhance cadres' aid-agriculture awareness,develep industries and integrate the aid-agriculture way of"blood transfusion"with that of "blood-forming".
