| 摘 要： | 诚信作为中华民族的传统美德，历来备受人们推崇和敬仰。但伴随着市场经济负面效应的显现，失信现象大量存在，已成为和谐社会构建的主要障碍和突出瓶颈，为此，必须建立诚信机制，建设诚信政府，打造诚信企业，在全社会进行诚信伦理教育。

| Abstract: | Credit, as the traditional virtue of the Chinese, has always been respected and admired. But with the emergence of the side-effects of market economy, there are a lot of dishonest affairs, which have become the main barrier and bottleneck in constructing harmonious society. Therefore, we should establish credit system, set up honest government, build credible enterprises, and educate the whole society with credit theory. |
