| 摘 要： | 随着Y县经济的发展,外来人口日益增多,该群体在为当地经济作出巨大贡献的同时,也带来了诸多的社会问题。特别是近几年外来人口二代违法犯罪呈明显上升趋势,而且犯罪的严重性也日益凸现。这不仅影响城市的和谐与发展,甚至有可能引起社会的不稳定。本文运用比较分析的方法,基于代际差异的视角,从犯罪主体、犯罪手段、犯罪形式以及犯罪动机等方面对外来人口二代与外来人口第一代进行比较,得出外来人口二代犯罪的成因是缘于城市边缘人的困惑、自控能力的缺失和心理失衡的加大等,并由此提出治理外来人口二代犯罪问题的对策措施。

| Abstract: | With the economic development of Y county, foreign population is growing and crimes committed by the second generation of foreign population take on obvious increasing trend and become more and more serious. The paper analyzes the causes of the crimes in terms of generation difference and puts forward countermeasures against the crimes. |
