| 摘 要： | 在体制转轨过程中 ,女性面临的就业形势越来越严峻。她们面临着职业进入、工作升迁和培训以及再就业困难等多方面的不利环境。由此表现出的某种程度的歧视有其产生的历史和现实背景。随着劳动力市场的不断规范 ,未来更加注重人力资本积累而非注重性别的大趋势也许会为陷入就业困境的女性指明了出路

| Abstract: | During the institutional change,the employment situation females are facing is getting more and more difficult.They are facing difficulties in employment,promotion ,training and reemployment.Certain discrimination against the female expressed by the above can be attributed to historical factors and real practices.With the market for labour to be gradually standardized,it may point the way out for the female in diffcult situation to pay more attention to accumultion of human capital without distinction of sex. |
