试论领导干部特权现象的表现及防治

领导干部特权问题在新的形势下,出现了职务消费无度化、干部阶层代际继承明显化、政治权力经济利益化和特权现象泛滥化、普遍化等现象,已成为严重影响党群干群关系、阻碍和谐社会建设的消极因素.应通过规范职务消费、逐步取消领导干部"待遇终身制"和规范权力的运用来解决干部特权问题.

On the Status Quo and Control of the Leading Cadres Privileges

Privileges of leading cadres in the new situation have displayed such phenomena as the excessive duty consumption,the obvious intergenerational transition of cadres,the economic benefits of the political power,and the proliferation of universal privileges.They have become the negative factors of influencing the relations of the Party-masses and cadre-masses relationship,and impeding the construction of the harmonious society.To solve the problem of the cadres privileges,duty consumption must be controlled,leading cadres' treatment of life tenure must be phased out gradually and power must be standardized.
