| Abstract: | Developing the circulatory economy,constructing a society economizing resources have become a strategic objective of our country in the new era.Enacting laws on the circulatory economy is an important measure to urge the enterprises to undertake their environmental responsibilities.Setting up a legal institution of the circulatory economy is a way to ensure realization of environmental responsibilities of the enterprises. |
