| 摘 要： | 道德作为调整人与人之间关系的行为准则,在维护社会稳定,遏制犯罪方面起过重要作用.但随着社会主义法制的不断完善,犯罪率却有所上升.文章阐述了道德的三大社会功能,列举了当今道德功能弱化的表现,并经分析认为道德功能的弱化是犯罪率上升的一个不可忽视的原因.

| Abstract: | Morality, as the code of conduct that adjusts the relationship among people, play an important part in supporting the steadiness of the society and containing crimes. But with the continuous improvement of socialist legal system, the crime rate is rising. This article expounds moral's three social functions, enumerates the current weakening phenomena of moral function and after analysis it believes that the weakening of moral function is an indispensable cause of the rising of crime rate. |
