中国城市化的制度经济学分析（一）

改革开放以来,中国的城市化水平得到了大幅度的提高,进入到城镇化的快速发展期。但城市化发展的同时,各种问题也开始不断出现。突出表现在农民工在就业、社保和教育等方面无法享受到市民待遇。而这些问题的根源是传统的二元制度。本文从制度经济学的视角系统地探讨了二元制度的形成、发展和改革。从宏观上分析了改革的总思路,从微观上提出了具体的改革措施。并强调了制度协调的重要性。

Economic Analysis about Chinese Urbanization System

The urbanization level of China obtains the large scale enhancement after reform and which is at the high speed in the expansion of industrialization.But at the same time,there are many questions,prominently the peasant laborer unable to enjoy the residential treatment in the employment and social guarantees and education.The traditional dual system influence is the basic reason.Based on this,this article systematically discusses the formation,the content,the process and the tendency of reform of dual system from the system economic angle of view.The writer macroscopicly analyses the latest plan for the reform and microscopicly proposes the concrete reform measure.And emphasizes the importance of system coordination.
