| 摘 要： | 当前,中国改革和现代化建设进入了关键时期,正处于社会矛盾的凸显期,有些矛盾集中地显现并形成群体性事件。“深入分析这些事件,基本上是属于人民内部矛盾,具有非对抗性,基本上属于经济利益诉求问题,没有明显的政治目的。”1]近年来,国内的一些专家学者大多从“人民内部矛盾”这一政治概念的角度,对群体性事件的原因和对策都作过一些有益的分析和研究。
