| 摘 要： | 山东上市公司历来以整体业绩优良、市场表现稳定著称,但2002年却出现整体业绩大幅度滑坡。山东上市公司发展的对策应当是:着力优化上市公司股权结构,上市公司要建立创新机制,充分利用省内的壳资源,深化国有资产管理体制改革。
