| 摘 要： | 2010年上半年富士康公司员工的"×连跳",令世人震惊,同时也令我们必须重新审视我国农民工社会保障制度建设中的诸多缺陷。一方面要努力找出导致这些制度缺陷产生的原因;另一方面,更重要也更有价值的,就是要寻找到加快农民工社会保障制度建设的法律途径。

| Abstract: | Foxconn Technology Group employees＇＂series of jumps for suicide＂ in the first half of 2010 has shocked the people and prompted a review of the various defects in the construction of social security system for the migrant workers.Great efforts should be taken to search out the causes of those defects and more fundermentally and more valuably,to find the judidical ways to spur the construction of that social security system. |
