| 摘 要： | 治安调解是公安机关通过调解的方式，对社会危害轻微的“因民间纠纷引起的打架斗殴或者损毁他人财物等违反治安管理”的案件进行处理的一种特殊方式。文章对治安调解的特征、适用原则、适用条件和范围进行了系统论述，并探讨治安调解对公安民警的要求。
