| Abstract: | Property right is a fundamental right of citizen, which is the base and intention of political society. The prevision that citizen's legal private property deserve no violation in Chinese Constitution is a necessary embody of the essence of the constitution. It benefits the safeguarding and realization of citizen's basic human rights and is helpful to develop the socialist market economy, making Chinese economy flourish in full. |
