| 摘 要： | 无效行政行为是瑕疵行政行为的一种,研究并建立无效行政行为制度对于推行行政法治有重要意义。分析了无效行政行为产生的原因,并针对我国目前无效行政行为的立法现状,提出了建立无效行政行为制度的构想。

| Abstract: | Ineffective administrative act in is one of defective administrative actions.Studying and establishing rules of Ineffective-ness of administrative act has significant meaning in pursuing rules of administrative law.In accordance with the present legislation of ineffectiveness of administrative act,the writer analyzes the emerging reasons of ineffectiveness of admin-istrative act and drafting ideas for establishing rules of ineffectiveness of administrative act. |
