| Abstract: | The paper illustrates that the＂ standards of identification for the body°Фs slightly injuries （for trial implementation） ＂ second has difference in understanding, and the various causes of it. It also makes an objective and rational analysis for the second standard not as the basis of a minor injury identification .It also puts forward suggestions to solve the shortcomings of the judicial recommendation. |
