论职工闲暇与工会社会工作的介入

摘    要:闲暇是职工的权利,是现代社会的应有之义.虽有多项法律规定保证中国职工的闲暇,但在现实中还存在一些问题,需要各方共同努力推动闲暇的实现及提高闲暇的质量.工会作为维护职工权益的合法组织,应在职工闲暇上发挥更重要作用,可与专业社会工作相结合,在企业和个人层面上进行介入.在企业层面上,对带薪休假制在企业内的实施进行监督和完善,推动职工休闲设施的开发与利用,针对不同类型的职工设计实施各种闲暇方案;在个人层面上对职工进行闲暇教育,引导职工形成良好、健康的生活方式,为休闲障碍者提供休闲咨询.

Abstract:To enjoy leisure is the right of employees of modern society.Although Chinese employee’s leisure is stipulated in laws and regulations,there are a lot of problems need solutions.As the legal protector of employee’s rights and interests,trade union should play an important role of protecting the labor right to leisure.At the level of enterprise,trade union should supervise and improve the system of paid vacation,enhance the development of leisure facilities,and design various leisure programs for different employees.At the level of individual,trade union should offer leisure education for employees,propose healthy lifestyle and offer leisure consultation for those have leisure block.
