| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展,各种社会关系也在发生深刻变化,突出表现在劳动关系的日益复杂和紧张.作为调整劳动关系,尤其是调整集体劳动关系的工会制度,已不能完全适应时代的发展.针对其存在的问题,找出完善的办法,是建立和谐劳动关系的必由之路.
