| 摘 要： | 由于城乡二元差距的存在,导致农村青壮年劳动力的大量流失,在我国广大农村地区出现了人文意义上的空心村,严重影响了我国新农村建设进程.现阶段,应通过引导部分优秀农民工回乡创业,以他们的创业带动农村就业,进而解决空心村问题.政府要从人力资源充实的视角去引导农民工回乡创业,落实新农村建设政策.

| Abstract: | Due to the gap between rural and urban areas,a great amount of young adult labor force of rural areas is flowing out.Numerous hollow villages have emerged in the large rural areas of China.At present,we should guide outstanding migrant workers to start business in their township in order to driving rural employment.The government should guide migrant workers to start business in township and carry out the policy of new countryside construction. |
