略论建国后周恩来的党际和谐思想

新中国成立后,周恩来在政治协商与多党合作的政治实践中形成了丰富的党际和谐思想,即：始终坚持共产党同民主党派“长期共存”的战略思想;正确处理共产党与民主党派之间“领导”与“被领导”的关系;高度重视共产党同民主党派的合作与协商。在构建社会主义和谐社会的新形势下,深入学习和研究建国后周恩来的党际和谐思想对构建新时期的和谐党际关系具有重要作用。

On ZHOU En-lai's Thought about Harmonious Party Relationship after the Founding of the PRC

After the founding of new China,ZHOU En—lai established a teeming ideology of harmony among parties from the practice of multi—party cooperation and political consultation,that is to stick to the strategic concept of long—term coexis- tence of the Communist Party and democratic parties;to deal with the problem of＂to lead＂and＂to be lead＂between the two sides and to enhance the cooperation and consultation between them.Under the new situation and circumstance of building har- monious socialistic society,it is meaningful in terms of both theory and practice to study up on ZHOU En—lai＇s ideology of harmony between parties.
