浅谈高职教学中专长教育的开展

近几年，随着财会专业学生数量的增加，就业压力逐渐增大。在此情况下，要想让高职学生在激烈的竞争中占得先机，就必须发挥高职教育的特色和优势。在高等职业学校应结合高职教学本身的特点，在保证学生基本理论学习的基础上，强化电算化、税务、理财、审计等某一方面的技能训练。从而迅速独立承担相应的工作。

On Developing Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

Over the past few years, with the increasing of the finance and accounting specialty student, the employment pressure enhanced gradually. On this condition, ff we want to help them success in the fierce rivalry, we must exert the characteristic and advantage of higher vocational education. Surrounding the achievement of the target of higher vocational education, the article brings forward some new thoughts in developing specialty education. The article points out that on the base of guarantee the study of the basic theory, we should intensify the technical ability training such as electricity calculating melt, taxation, managing money matters, auditing integrating with the characteristic of higher vocational education, thereby they could be competent for the corresponding job promptly.
