摘    要:囚徒困境是博弈论中非零和博弈的典型模型,它反映了个人最佳选择并非是集体的最佳选择这一问题。在工程项目管理过程中,由于各经济主体所秉承的理念、目的、利益不同,他们都会以各种各样的方式进行策略性互动。工程项目中的投资方与施工方在各自利益驱使的博弈中往往陷入囚徒困境。而走出这一困境的策略就是投资方尽量与施工方建立长期的合作关系,努力建立互信互利的良好合作关系,订立合作协议约束合作双方的行为,不断完善监理制度,通过第三方监督协调双方关系。

Abstract:Prisoner' s Dilemma is a typical model of non - zero sum game in the game theory, which reflects the optimum choice for an individual but not for the collective. In a project management, various economic entities will make tactic interactions in whatever means they each think optimum given that they may have different thoughts, alms and interests. Oftentimes, driven by their respective interests, an investment party and a construction party on the same project will run into a Prisoner' s Dilemma. One way out is to establish a long - term cooperation relationship between the parties, try to set up a good relationship of mutual benefit, conclude an effective agreement to bind the parties, perfect supervisor system and harmonize the relationship of the parties by coordination and supervision of a third party.
