| 摘 要： | 侦查程序是刑事诉讼中十分重要的阶段,也是在社会上引起争议较多的阶段。如何规范与控制侦查权,从而建立更合理、科学的侦查程序,是当前法学界广泛探讨的热点。通过分析西方各国侦查程序的特点与发展趋势,反思我国侦查程序存在的制度性缺陷。

| Abstract: | The procedure of investigation is a very important stage in the criminal suit,and also a controversial stage on the society. How to standard and control investigation right, thus to set up more rational, scientific investigation procedure, which is the focus that the law circles probe into extensively at present. Only analyse the characteristics and development trends of the procedure in various western countries, introspect the system defect of the procedure in our country. |
