| 摘 要： | 在上海合作组织框架内构建能源合作法律机制,已经具备一定的法律基础,既包括各成员国关于石油天然气能源的法律,又包括各成员国间双边的能源合作法律协议,还包括上海合作组织框架内的多边能源合作法律机制。从国际组织法的角度,以双边和多边能源合作为视角,对上海合作组织内能源合作的法律基础进行研究具有一定的现实意义。
