| 摘 要： | 本文认为当前社会治安形势仍很严峻,暴力犯罪特别是持枪犯罪非常严重,人民警察伤亡人数正在逐年增加.本文就警察被害的问题更多的从"被害人学"的角度出发,分析研究警察自身的疏漏,失误和过错以警察教育为基础,探讨警察被害与警察教育的关系,且对今后警校如何进行警察自我防范教育做了初步构想.

| Abstract: | The present public order is still pregnant with gum possibilities, violent crimes especially gun crimes are serious and the casualty of the police is increasing year after year As to the problem of the police being injured, the article analyzes the policemen' s own carelessness, fault, mistakes from the angle of victimization. It discusses the rela- tionship between police victimized and police education, tentatively plans how police academies educate the students in self - defense in the future based on the police education. |
