"基础课"法制教育部分教学模式、教学方法初探——以上海高校教学实践为例

从2006年秋季开始,全国高校实施思想政治理论课的新课程方案,新课程方案吸收了以往的成功经验,同时也有新的发展。《思想道德修养与法律基础》（以下简称＂基础课＂）融合了＂思想道德修养＂与＂法律基础＂两门课程的内容,然而,实践中,＂基础课＂法制教育部分的教学存在诸多问题,教学效果也不尽理想,因此,我们应当进行＂基础课＂法制教育部分的教学模式、教学方法上的改革,以实现通过＂基础课＂法制教育,提高大学生的法律素质的教学目标。

A Probe into Teaching Mode and Method of Legal Education of "Basic Course"

From the fall of 2006, all colleges have implemented the new curriculum plan of ideological and political theory course, which has absorbed the successful experience of the past, and also has a new development. The Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis （hereinafter referred to as the ＂Basis Course＂） includes the contents of both ＂the ideological and moral cultivation＂ and ＂law＂. However, in practice, many problems exist in the legal education of ＂basis course＂, and the teaching effect is not good. Therefore, we shall reform the teaching mode and method of the legal education of ＂ basis course＂, so as to realize the teaching goal of reforming legal education and improving the students＇ legal quality.
