| 摘 要： | 我国刑法规定了伪造货币罪,但对货币的范围没有做出明确的规定,这就导致在司法实践中产生了一些问题,应对法律、法规、司法解释及规定进行完善,使有关货币的规定系统化,即货币是指具有流通性的人民币及中华人民共和国领域外的国家、地区发行的具有法定流通效力的货币,包括港币、澳币、台币、贵金属纪念币。

| Abstract: | In China＇ s Criminal Law the counterfeiting currency crime is Specified; but the range of the currency hash＇ t been specified clearly, so some problems appear in legal practice. The explanation of laws, regulations and judicature Should be perfected to systematize the regulations about Currency. Currency is refer to the negotiable RMB or the legal negutiable currency issued by the countries and areas which are beyond the China＇ s territory like Hong Kong Dollar, Australian Dollar, Taiwan Dollar and crmmemorative coin of precious metals. |
