| 摘 要： | 建立健全三方协商机制,是当前协调劳动关系的有效途径。旅顺口区在健全三方协商机制过程中,大胆实践,形成向镇、街基层单位延伸的"小三方"协商机制,有效地维护了职工的合法权益。

| Abstract: | To establish and perfect tripartite mechanism is an effective way of consulting industrial relations at present. Lushunkou distric t in Dalian city has built a "little tripartite" co nsultation mechanism among the employing units at towns and streets and has ef fectively safeguarded workers and staff members' legitimate rights and interests . |
