| 摘 要： | 非政府组织(NGO)的导入有助于我国社会保障体系的完善。在实践中,政府与NGO有三种互补性合作模式:政府支持—NGO运作模式、政府委托—NGO经营模式和政府购买—NGO提供模式。在现阶段,确立这些模式并合理、充分地发挥它们的作用,必须培养相应的组织载体,建立健全完善的运作机制。

| Abstract: | The ducting of NGO contribute to perfecting social security system.In fulfillment,there are three complementaries: cooperation modes of government and NGO:"Government Support-NGO Operation","Government Entrust-NGO Management","Government Purchase-NGO Provide".At present,to establish these modes and make them play reasonably needs to foster homologous organizations to carry the body and build perfect operation mechanism. |
