| 摘 要： | 近年来我国机构投资者的力量不断壮大,机构投资者参与公司治理也已初见成效。然而与美国等西方发达国家相比,我国机构投资者在参与公司治理方面还处于起步阶段,各种问题尤存,采取必要的措施完善我国机构投资者在公司治理的作用具有十分重要的意义。 |
