| 摘 要： | 公共财产是我国重要的法律术语,但是我国却没有建立与公共财产相关的法律制度。法国2006年通过CGPPP立法建立了完善的公共财产法律制度,其制度主要包括公共财产的确认标准、公共财产的管理与使用制度、公共财产的法律保护制度等。考察法国公共财产法律制度有助于促进建立具有我国特色的公共财产法律制度。

| Abstract: | Public property is an important legal term in China,however,there exists no related law system.The French CGPPP,past in 2006,which established a complete public property law system,including the ideas of public property identification criterion,the management and use system,the legal protection,etc.provided much enlightenment for China to set up its own public property law system with Chinese characteristics. |
