A Discussion on Realistic Route of Management System from the 3rdSession of the 18th National Congress of the CPC

It was put forward as one of the chief targets in deepening reform, on the 18th National Congress of the CPC, that the national management system and management capacity should be advanced. Having obtained the beneficial experience from different phases in Chinese history, this article explores the realistic route of the management system in China.
