| 摘 要： | 警察职业素质是由职业知识、职业技能和职业伦理构成的有机统一体。警察职业素质是培养警察职业化的必然要求。警察职业知识、技能和伦理是支撑警察职业的内在力量。警察职业知识是职业素质之基,警察职业技能是职业素质之本,职业伦理是警察职业素质之魂。警察职业素质的提高,主要是通过传授知识、训练技能、培育伦理而达到的。

| Abstract: | The Police＇s professional quality is the organic entity constituted of the professional knowledge, the vocational skill and the professional ethics. It is certain request for training professional police. Police professional knowledge, skills and ethics are the intrinsic strength to support the occupation of police. Police professional knowledge is the base of the professional quality, the police professional skill is the essence of the professional quality, and the professional ethics is the soul of the professional quality. The enhancement of the police professional quality is mainly through imparting knowledge, training skills and cultivating ethics. |
