| 摘 要： | 涉农职务犯罪给农村经济秩序、社会稳定和政府公信力均造成了严重的负面影响,增加了许多不安定因素,为进一步解决“三农”问题增加了阻力。文章在实证调查研究辽宁省查办涉农职务犯罪工作的基础上,通过分析现状,查找了当前金融危机背景下打击与预防涉农职务犯罪工作中的薄弱环节,并提出了建设性意见,以期为辽宁省进一步推进涉农职务犯罪查办与预防有所裨益。
