| 摘 要： | 在马克思主义中国化的历史进程中，中国共产党人积极探寻马克思主义理论创新科学化基本规律，对“如何促进理论创新科学化”进行了自觉回答。坚持和继承马克思主义是理论创新科学化的基本前提，在实践中服务人民群众是理论创新科学化的价值旨归，体现时代性。把握规律性，富于创造性是理论创新科学化的本质要求。科学创新马克思主义理论，要坚持“几个辩证统一”即：文本研究与把握精髓的辩证统一,国际性与民族性的辩证统一，体系的完备性与理论的开放性的辩证统一。理论创新科学化是全党的责任，必须自觉地提升主体的创新能力，需要创造性地抓好全党的理论学习工作，培养和造就高素质的理论队伍。

| Abstract: | Chinese communists have given conscious answers to how to encourage scientific innovation of the theory when actively seeking basic laws of scientific innovation of Marxist theory in the historical course of the sinicization of Marxism.The basic premise of scientific innovation of the theory is adhering to and carrying forward Marxism and its core value is serving the people in practice,its essential requirement showing contemporaneity,regularity and creativity.Scientific innovation of Marxist theory needs dialectical unities on studying the text and grasping the essence,internationality and nationality,and systematic completeness and theoretical openness.Scientific innovation of the theory as a must for the Party requires all the members to improve their innovative and learning ability in the theory purposefully. |
