以人为本的深层解读

以人为本的提出是对发展与代价进行反思的结果。以人为本作为一种现代思维方式,就是对人的主体地位、目的地位与主体作用的肯定,把尊重人、解放人、依靠人、为了人和塑造人的价值取向落实到社会实践中。在社会主义市场经济条件下贯彻“以人为本”必然要求“能力本位”。从思维方式转变的视角研究以人为本,必须辩证处理人与自然、人与社会、人与组织、人与他人的关系。
