中国警务经济理论的研究思路和现实意义

警务资源的稀缺性与社会对于警务需求的无限性决定了两者之间不可弥合的矛盾和差距，在有限的国家财政投入下，我国社会整体的警务需求没有得到充分有效的满足和实现。长期以来，我国警务经济理论没有得到应有的重视和科学系统的研究，致使警务部门存在诸多不经济、低效率、高成本、高浪费的现象，这不仅不利于有限警务资源的合理配置，也阻碍了警政部门长期目标的实现。因此，研究警务经济理论并对警务实务进行科学引导应成为当务之急。
