| 摘 要： | 专利法历经两次修改 ,大大加强了对专利的保护制度 ,简化了专利审批程序 ,按TRIPS进一步调整完善了我国专利法的有关规定 ,缩小了与知识产权国际保护的差距 ,但尚有不足之处 ,亟待进一步完善 ,以适应入世和经济全球一体化的需要。

| Abstract: | After two modifications, the protective system to patents has been strengthened with simplified process of examination and approval to patents in Patent Law. To eliminate the disparity with the international protection of copyright according to TRIPS, relative regulations in our Patent Law need further improvement to meet the requirement from China's accession to the WTO and the globalization of economy. |
