| 摘 要： | 我国正处在社会经济转型期,劳动关系的深刻变化,使发展和谐劳动关系成为政府、用人单位、劳动者三方主体的法定职责和共同愿景。劳动关系主体各方必须及时找准自身在劳动关系中的角色定位,认真研究探索发展和谐劳动关系中的问题和对策,在推进和谐社会建设进程中发挥各自的独特作用。
