| 摘 要： | 高校学生管理权的法律依据为我国高等教育的法律法规，高校学生管理权的性质为准行政权。高校学生管理关系可以划分为行政法律关系和民事法律关系两大类，其中行政法律关系又可以分为外部行政法律荧系和内部行政法律关系。

| Abstract: | The legal foundation of student management right in college is the law and regulation of higher education of China, and the characteristics of student management right in college is standard administrative right. The student management relationship can be divided into administrative legal relationship and civil legal relationship, and administrative legal relationship can be divided into the external e and internal administrative legal relationship. |
