积极推进中国龙邦—越南茶岭跨境经济合作区建设的思考

中国龙邦—越南茶岭跨境经济合作区是中越广西边境地区西路重要的陆路通道和主要的边境口岸经济合作区,具有优越的基础条件和现实可行性,积极推进中国龙邦—越南茶岭跨境经济合作区建设已经具备条件、势在必行。通过实行"一区两国、境内关外、自由贸易、封闭运作"管理模式,加强跨境经济合作区总体规划建设、加强跨境经济合作区基础设施建设、加强协调跨境经济合作区建设各方关系、加强提升跨境经济合作区地方政府服务能力,将跨境经济合作区建成中国与东盟的区域贸易服务中心、区域物流仓储中心、区域进出口加工中心,发展成为连接多个区域的国际通道、交流桥梁和合作平台。

Thinking on Actively Promoting the Construction of China （Longbang） -Vietnam （ Cha Kwo Ling） Cross-Border Economic Cooperation Zone

The China （Longbang）-Vietnam （Cha Kwo Ling） Cross-Border Economic Cooperationimportant land access and a border port of western border area of China and Vietnam with superior basicand practical feasibility, therefore, actively promoting the construction of China （Longbang）-Vietnamzone is anconditions（Cha KwoLing） Cross-Border Economic Cooperation Zone is imperative. We should implement management model of ＂twocountries in one region, free trade, and closed operation＂, strengthen the construction of general planning,infrastructure, relations of each party, and service ability of local government in order to build this cross-bordereconomic cooperation zone to be a China-ASEAN regional trade service center, regional logistics storage center,regional import and export processing center, and an international channel, bridge as well as cooperation platformfor connecting multiple regions.
