中国—东盟自由贸易区升级版背景下桂台金融合作展望

中国作出扩大金融业对内对外开放的部署,并把加强金融合作作为中国—东盟自由贸易区升级版的核心内容和两岸经贸合作的新重点,两岸对金融服务部门也做出了相互开放的承诺,这为作为中国—东盟合作高地和在两岸经贸文化交流合作中处于领先地位的广西开辟与台湾合作新领域带来了新良机。本文拟对桂台金融合作的主要政策依据进行汇总梳理,分析桂台金融合作面临的新机遇,评介两岸金融合作先行省的成功案例,总结两岸金融合作先行省的成功经验和重要启示,在此基础上,研究提出推进桂台金融合作的对策建议,包括把南宁设为桂台金融合作示范区等建议,以期对桂台金融合作有所促进。

The Prospect of Financial Cooperation between Guangxi and Taiwan： In the Upgraded Version of CAFTA

The Chinese government has made a deployment to enlarge the Opening-up of financial industry, takes financial cooperation as the core content in the upgraded version of CAb-TA, and puts the new focus on strengthening the financial cooperation in cross-strait economic cooperation. Financial services sectors in both sides of Taiwan Strait have made a mutual opening commitment. The facts above have brought new opportunities to opening up the new area in Guangxi-Taiwan cooperation, which has become a highland in Sino-ASEAN cooperation, and is in a leading position in cross-strait economic and cultural exchanges. This study aims to expound the policy basis of the financial cooperation between Guangxi and Taiwan, analyze the new opportunities that Guangxi-Taiwan financial cooperation is facing, make some comments on several successful cases in cross-strait financial cooperation in other provinces, summarize the successful experience and enlightenment in cross-strait financial cooperation in other provinces, and propose several countermeasures to promote the financial cooperation between Guangxi and Taiwan, including building Nanning into a Guangxi-Taiwan financial cooperation demonstration zone, etc.
