| 摘 要： | 犯罪现场的心理痕迹客观地反映了作案人的心理意识和活动,它具有客观普遍、抽象特殊、相对稳定等特征。通过对犯罪心理痕迹的分析,获取作案人的个性特点,犯罪经历、动机、行为以及无意识心理痕迹等特征,能够为作案人进行心理画像,并为案件串并、侦破提供线索和依据。

| Abstract: | The psychological trace of crime scene can reflect objectively the psychological intention and activity of the criminal. It has the char-acteristics of objective generation, abstract speciality and relative stability. The personal characteristics, criminal experience, motivation, behav-ior and non- idealistic psychological trace can be got by the analysis of the criminal psychological trace. It makes the possibilities of psycholog-ical painting of criminals, combining cases and clue- getting a reality. |
