摘    要:随着知识经济时代的到来,越来越多的组织意识到,要想在竞争中取胜,实现快速成长和高效率运作,应将持续的人力资源培训与开发投资作为重要的手段。而如何通过提高培训与开发项目的效果,改善个体以及组织的绩效是当前所面临的挑战。本从培训与开发项目效果评估的角度,为组织提高培训与开发项目的效果,改善组织绩效提出建设性方案。

Abstract:As the era of knowledge economy approaches, more and more organizations realize that consistent human resource training, development and investment should be taken as an important means in order to win the competition and achieve fast growth and highly efficient operation. Meanwhile, how to improve the performance of individuals and organizations through bettering the effect of training and development projects is a challenge currently confronted by these organizations, for which this study intends to propose some constructive suggestions .
