| 摘 要： | 建设中国特色的社会主义事业需要一支高素质的公务员队伍。而高素质公务员队伍的建设在于培育和弘扬公务员精神,塑造依法办事、勤政为民的公务员形象。随着公务员法的颁行,积极培育和弘扬公务员精神成为贯彻落实公务员法的切入点。
