| 摘 要： | 我国的行政程序法典化已基本成为学者的一种共识。然而,我国行政程序理论还不够深入,立法也存在严重缺陷,法典化的道路当然还需要一段相当长的时间。对此,笔者拙文尝试探讨我国行政程序法典化。

| Abstract: | Many scholars agree that our country should codifilize administrative procedure.In China,the theories of administrative procedure are still unsubstantial.And there are serious defects in the present laws.Therefore,the process of codifilization will be a long time.In this article, the author puts forward some conceits as to codifilization of administrative procedure. |
