现阶段我国的农村犯罪

改革开放以来，我国农村犯罪比重下降，主要是“农村地区”范围减小、立案标准的城乡统 一和大幅提高以及农民大量进入城市地区造成的。而现有农村地区实际犯罪情况依然比较严 重．农村外出人口的回流，将可能使农村犯罪急剧增加，以至反过来给城市和全国的治安稳 定造成更加严重的影响。因此，必须从城乡治安状况互为关联的观点出发，根据农村犯罪特 点进行具有高度针对性的打击和预防工作，并通过扩大进城农村人口规模，减少农村犯罪增 长压力．

The actual crime problems in the rural areas are still serious. The return of the outflow rural population will greatly increase the possibility of rural crime and affect the stability of public order in the urban areas. Viewed from the relationship, the state of public Drder in the urban and rural areas is linked to each other. We should strike blows at rural crime and take precautions against them according to their characteristics. At the same time, we should increase the population moving to the urban areas so as to reduce the pressure from the growth of rural crime.
