| 摘 要： | 经济法调整的经济管理关系的本质特征在于社会公共性。社会公共性的凸显所体现的时代精神和反映的社会要求，使经济法应运而生。社会公共性是经济法的核心范畴。社会公共性决定并表现在经济法的产生、经济法的价值、经济法的主体、经济法的权力（利）和义务，经济法的属性等各个方面。
