| Abstract: | The new Lawyer Law enlarges the rights of defense lawyer,which will bring about challenges to the activ-ity both in interrogation and investigation,and have a big impact on the current investigation pattern.The paper discusses how to change the ideas,adjust the ways in work,build a new investigation pattern,broaden the thoughts and promote the development of the interrogation and investigation forward from the view of investigation. |
